Search syntax for text search

Without filter

Performs a simple text search. Examples:What was decided at the Yalta Conference of February 1945?Who was more to blame for starting the Cold War, the USA or the USSR?

It is also useful to search for keywords to quickly review something. Example:Great Depression

Filters

Sometimes (especially when searching for keywords) it is useful to limit the result to a single subject. This can be done by adding the syllabus number before all search terms. Example:0470 Great DepressionQuestions about the Great Depression in IG history

You can also further limit your search to a specific paper number by adding pX after the syllabus code. Example:0470 p2 Great DepressionQuestions about the Great Depression in paper 2 of IG history
